Imagistone Customer Comment Who Installed over 3 Years ago

"I've been meaning to write you for quite sometime.  This project was done over 3 years ago and still looks EXACTLY like it did when the job was completed.  I am so pleased with how durable it is.  I just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with the product.  It was a painless way to redo the kitchen and we have been so happy we selected Imagistone over the other expensive options.  I would recommend Imagistone to anyone!"  C. When Does Imagistone Make Sense For Bathrooms?

When Does Imagistone Make Sense For Bathrooms?
I am often asked about  when does the installation of Imagistone in bathrooms make the most sense?  The simple and surprising answer is that Imagistone  in bathrooms seldom makes sense in new construction.  Imagistone  requires some type of existing sub surface to apply to.  It would make little sense to install  a new cultured marble tub and immediately apply Imagistone to it.

Imagistone in remodel  bathrooms makes  enormous sense.  The obvious advantages are  practical and economic.  Practical because no tear out is required and economical because of the dollar savings.  Take for example a cultured marble double sink in the master vanity.  Most of these have been custom made when the home was originally built.  The cost to tear out and custom replace can range from $1,200. to $5,000. depending on the type of surface desired.  Imagistone costs $500. and  can make these vanities more beautiful than when they were new.

These same scenarios are true for tubs and tub/shower combinations.  The tear out and replacement of tubs and combinations is a very expensive undertaking.  Normally, Imagistone can be applied to these existing surfaces for under $750. and the look is stunning.

Imagistone After Sale Service: "What if my surface is damaged?"

Imagistone  After Sale Service:  "What if my surface is damaged?"
We believe that  Imagistone for kitchen and bath surfaces is a tremendous value based on price and beauty.   We are realistic and know that over time Imagistone consumers may require follow up repair services.   While our warranty is for  12 months we take great pride in continuing to service our customers after this 12 month period has elapsed.   Imagistone's  greatest  strength  (unlike other solid surfaces) is that nearly any damage that may result (from day to day use) is repairable.  These repairs can normally be done in only a few minutes and Imagistone seldom charges their customers for these repairs.  The procedure is for the customer  to email or call regarding the required repair, we will put you on the repair list and schedule your repair when we are going to be in your geographic area .  The purchase of kitchen or bath surfaces is always a major purchase decision.  Quality and Price are always critical variables in the decision process, but not nearly enough thought is given to "What if my surface is damaged, can it be repaired?"
